Founded in 1989, TEC Engineering has successfully provided sub-contract machining to the local manufacturing industry. Our extensive manufacturing industry background, engineering expertise, and manufacturing capability enable's us to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and reliable solutions, time, and time again. Small enough to care, big enough to cope A small company with a large capacity, we are able to handle most requirements. We specialise in machining one-off and small-batch components from carbon, alloy, and stainless steels.
We also provide a repair or replacement service on obsolete parts for end-users.
CNC Milling
TEC has a variety of 5 CNC milling machines ranging from 1000mm x 490mm x 800mm up to 2500mm x 1000mm x 1000m some with automatic tool change and 4th axis.
CNC Turning
TEC has a range of CNC Lathes ranging from 1250mm x 480mm Ø up to 3000mm x 560mm Ø using XYZ Prototrak controls
TEC also has a Doosan barfed fully automatic Mill/Turn lathe.
Conventional Machining
TEC utilise conventional machinery mainly for the larger turning projects, with conventional lathes ranging from 2000mm x 500mm Ø up to 6000mm x 800mm Ø
