We have a range of machinery chosen to machine one-off and small-batch components efficiently and accurately, backed by up-to-date tooling and inspection equipment.

5 CNC mills, from 1000 × 490 × 800 mm up to 2500 × 1000 × 1000 mm. Some with automatic tool change and 4th axis.

XYZ ProTURN 355 CNC lathes (1, 2 and 3 m beds), from 1250 mm × 480 Ø up to 3000 mm × 560 Ø, plus a Doosan bar-fed mill/turn lathe with 70 mm bar capacity.

Conventional lathes from 2000 mm × 500 Ø up to 6000 mm × 800 Ø, mainly for larger turning work.
